I signed-up while at Parliament not knowing anything about there being different sections with different options.

Nobody told me anything about it when I was on the phone with Tami to make the reservation. Bill III did not respond to my email, either! So where am I reserved?

I should also imagine that PC members would prefer to be all together in the same area? Are we?

Do we have a head count as to who has reserved and where?

Buddy, Middle Florida is just like coon-ass country in
Louisiana this time of year only warmer. It should be shorts and Tee shirt weather. However, you being a Yankee from way up North
in Monroe, you might want to bring one pair of Big Boy britches and a long
sleeve shirt in the unlikely event we have a cold front go through that drops
the early morning temperature all the way down to 57 degrees. .If that happens you can change back to your
shorts about 9 am when it gets back to 70+. See you there.

Others have expressed the same concerns, so I’m sure Bill will jump in here. We as PC are not in the registration loop, so have no idea of a head count.

You
sent me an email 1/15/17 and I responded 24 minutes later. I have not seen a
later email. I apologize for the break in communication. At or days before the
Parliament event is when some of these challenges/options came to light. At
Carlisle we own the facility. At SnF we are always under some control of the
operating staff. On occasion I have had to make adjustments according to their
wishes or desires, most of the time these are not even consistent or clear. Last
week I was in PA producing another event. I have had many phone calls emails
and text trying to make all of this as smooth and inviting as possible. I apologize
if it seems a little confusing to anyone. With this being said I believe that current
structure will work fine and gives more options to more people.

In
an effort to answer your questions; you are currently signed up for the Raider
Club area. This has a 50amp service, water and is about 500 feet behind the Cessna
building. We would be more than happy to move you to another location if
that is what would be desired. We do not have specific areas for specific clubs.
All of these locations are in the same general area which is what I tried to
explain in the previous post. I also stated that I would get pictures and exact
distances when I got back in town. I got back late last night and have a
meeting at SnF later today. I will get there early and post this information by
this evening. As always, we are more than willing to accommodate guests that
want to park together. Just coordinate that you are in the same area and let us
know who will be joining you when you arrive. The Raider Club is currently sold
out and we have 10 to 15 others in the various areas with more coming in every
day.

I apologize for all of the necessary changes and explanation. As
I mentioned when you rent a facility sometimes we have to adapt to things that
are beyond our control. With that being said I have a few very cool additions
to the agenda. One that Tisha and I worked on most of the day yesterday. As
soon as this is posted I will start the other post with this exciting announcement.

BIG AGENDA ANNOUNCMENT

Wednesday is going to be a big day for the Air and Coach
Concours. We have lined up a trip to John’s Pass in Madeira Beach, FL. This
will give those who want to eat, drink and shop all afternoon the perfect
opportunity and it will also allow the rest of us to go fishing out of Hubbard’s
Marina. Tisha and I spent an hour or so there yesterday and believe me there
will be something for everyone! It is an absolutely beautiful setting right on
the water. In fact, as we sat at the perfect Tiki bar we watched no less than 8
or 10 dolphins playing with the pelicans as they swam through the water. Have I
told you how much I like Florida in the winter?

We will gather and leave around the Cessna building after
breakfast around 11:00am. It will take us right at an hour to arrive at John’s
Pass. Those spending the day here can wander around for hours taking in the
sites and taking advantage of some great food, drink, shopping and most
importantly the amazing scenery.

At this point those of us that are going out to catch the
big one that “isn’t” going to get away will cross the street to meet up with
Angela at Hubbard’s Marina. We will head 5 to 20 miles offshore to go fishing for
several different kinds of fish possibly including hog fish and red snapper all
while enjoying some cold refreshments supplied by everybody’s favorite: Fat Point
Brewing! When we get back to port we can walk 100 feet down the dock to meet up
with our land crew at the Friendly Fisherman. It is an open air dockside restaurant
that will even prepare our own days catch (hopefully). Seriously, the will
prepare your own fish for you and your guests. If I catch red snapper I’m all
in on this!

After dinner we will prepare to leave around 8pm arriving
back at SnF around 9 to 9:30pm.

The trip and transportation is included with your Air and
Coach Concours package. The fishing trip will be $95 per person which is all
inclusive including basic bait. Other bait is available for a small free. The
Fat Point is also included!

Tisha and I are both excited to show you this amazing little
area in Florida. We had a great time just for the hour that we were there and
we can’t wait to go back. Especially to go fishing with our family and friends!

Ok so I have trying most of the night to upload the pictures that I took yesterday. My computer has been strange for about a month but now it is pretty much worthless. The new windows is horrible. I will work with our IT guy today and try to get it corrected or replaced.

Anyway without the visual here is the info:

The Corn Roast area is .2 miles from the auction and .4 miles from the Cessna building.

The Raider Club is 136 steps to the Cessna building.

The Jet Way is 39 steps to the Cessna building.

Bill, for those not familiar with the Sun N Fun facility I think the best way to help understand the relative locations of the site options would be a simplified map that has each location shown and identified.

The simple word version of a map would look like this.

Raider Club (50 amp power, but sandy)

Ok the auction buildings are the large hangers in the center. The Corn Roast is in the upper right corner. The Jet Way is along the top right corner. The Cessna buuilding is the small pink roof below the Jet Way. The Raider club would be just off the picture in the bottom right corner. Again the furthist distance between all of thes points is .4 miles.

Ok, for those of you that have not signed up this is a fair
warning. As of this morning we have 7 sites remaining at the Corn Roast. We
have 6 new sites remaining around the Raider area that I found. When these are
gone we will only have the two options on the Jet Way available. Approximately
3200 email invitations will be sent out over the weekend. These previously
mentioned sites will be sold very quickly.

I
want to thank everyone for their patience as this has been a little bit of a
process. I assure you that it will run as smoothly as everything always has in
the past. Honestly, this just opens up more choices and none of them are the
wrong choice. The Agenda is going to be fresh and exciting for this event. The Wednesday
fishing/shopping excursionis going to be a lot of fun and memorable experience.
I am also working on a very exciting dinner plan for Friday night. I should be
able to post the details next week!
