F150 Front tires wearing on outside edges
I noticed outside edge wear on both front tires
Alignment shop changed the toe setting to set tires out. The tire wear still increased
They have set the camber to lean the tires in at the top hopefully forcing the tire to spare the outside edges.
Anyone have a similar problem?

What year F-150 and how many miles driven vs towing? I have never had an issues with what you are describing and I towed a 2014 F-150 for about 20,000 miles and saw nothing like you describe. I have heard of other who mentioned they thought they had issues, but I never saw anyone post a fix for it.

The truck has 32k total miles on a 22 F150 approximately 17 thousand miles towing

If the truck has twin I beam front suspension, this is typical of this front end. There are tires made just for the twin I beam suspension, they have thicker outside tread edges.
It your tow bar is not level to 1″ low at the truck, it will make it worse

I don’t think Ford has used twin I Beam for years? My 2001 F150 supercrew has ball joints and coil springs

I’m a trl guy so pulling a toad around is not something I do but 2 things jump out at me.
1st you have Pirelli tires on there which I’m not a fan of. They are one of the most over hyped tires out there, they have awful longevity and wear patterns are suspect.
Also it looks like in one of the pictures there’s a air leveling valve, if so that axle is walking all over while towing. Is that what I see correctly?
