EYOYO power
My old coach had a new back up camera system installed by ETLC before our purchase. I have not been able to get any response from Jeff so hopeful someone else might have a similar system.
The camera quit working for no reason. The monitor powers up and the A/V plug in securely in place but I get a no input message. My guess is that the camera is not getting the necessary power (12V?) but I cannot figure out if that should be coming from the front near the plug going to the monitor or toward the rear with a short run to the camera.
In the back there is a coax cable with a separate but attached thinner cable which I suspect carries the power. I have pulled the cable in the front and I do not see the thinner “power” cable and I have pulled the rear cable and cannot see where the cable runs but the entire visible length of cable in the rear do have the thinner cable attached for the length of cable I can see. I did not pull too hard on the rear cable but I found about 10 feet of cable in the rear. If anyone knows where I should be searching to find the power source and/or power source cable I would appreciate any help. We are hoping to leave VA for GA for the Holiday and I would really like to have my rear view camera working.

Post the Make and Model of the camera. Find the installation manual and your question will be answered. Take down camera and plug directly into dash monitor to see if it works. If infrared camera, do you see the led lights come on the camera at night?

I already posted the make and model. It’s an EYOYO backup camera system. Was just hoping someone else had a similar system since it seems to be Jeff’s (ETLC) new go-to system.
Sometimes it just takes taking a step back. We left Alexandria, VA today without a working BU camera and were cruising down the highway when I looked at the dash area again and saw an additional control panel associated with the EYOYO. Push the “ON” button and everything was working again. I am still disappointed that I never heard from Jeff despite leaving a couple of voice mails or in response to my post here, but finding the 2nd ON button today was great and we had a great trip.
