Exceptional paint and body work in Oregon
We just had damage to our coach from a hit and run driver repaired at ProAutoWorks in Drain, Or, and can recommend them highly. The hit and run driver crashed into the back of our coach at 4:30AM a few weeks ago while it was parked in its normal parking spot parallel to the Redwood Highway in Kerby, OR where we live. Bent up a bunch of very expensive polished Stainless Steel including the rear bumper, bumper corner, tail light surround, DS and rear engine access doors and fractured the fiberglass rear cap below the tail light surround. They had to do a bunch of paint matching, too. We also had them repair failing clear coat on the top of the front and rear caps and along the top radius on one side.
The fellow who did the paint work was the head of painting for Country Coach when they did our conversion in the first place. He laughed and said he only had himself to blame for how hard it is to match all those paint fades and swoops now. They did a great job and I really can’t tell where they started and stopped.
they were willing to fit us into their apparently tight schedule when no one else in OR would. Steve Barnes is the name of the owner. They have a full truck sand blasting booth, two truck sized paint booths, a car paint booth plus assembly bays. Looks like the facility was built to repair and repaint log trucks. Most of the people working there formerly worked for the several motorhome manufacturers or for Marathon located in central Oregon along the I-5.
price was reasonable and craftsmanship superb. Highly recommended. They also do full repaints on Prevost coaches. One was there while we were.
