I highly recommend mike Semple RrV Service in Redding CA. Mike really knows Vantare’s and can handle almost any problem. He is on the pc map.

I don’t think we have a one-stop service facility like ETLC in the West. But here are my go to places:

Marathon in Coburg is first class for non-chassis work. I have seen them work on all kind of coaches.

CoachPro in Eugene is run by some ex-Marathon guys and does good work.

Kaiser Brake and Alignment in Eugene is recommended for brakes, etc.

Superior Tires in Salem.

Pacific Power Detroit Diesel/Allison in Ridgefield, WA just north of Portland is recommended for engine/transmission work.

Prevost Service Center in Richmond, BC is not as big as Mira Loma but does great work and the Canadian $ exchange rate helps.

Thanks Dave and Gerald. The 4800 mile round trip to ETLC was beyond my abilities at this point in time. Nice to know we have top notch service centers closer by. I am attending the Oct seminar at Jeffs but a plane ride is much easier on the time budget.

Any others care to chime in on your favorites here in the NW?

I think Gerald nailed it, not many I can think of outside of thoses. There was a guy in Spokane that work on coach stuff that I met through NWBusNuts. Wrico Int’l works on generators only, just south of Eugene.
