There will be as many answers as members.

I use conventional oil, 5000 mile oil and filter changes because I have to get under the bus anyway to do a scheduled chassis lube. I use 5000 miles because It is easier to keep track of those intervals than 6250.

10,000 miles, synthetic. Comes back fine from oil analysis.

Used Oil Analysis, UOA. I use 3 different services. JB Lubricant Services, Oil Analyzers Inc. and Blackstone Labs. Do a search here on PC. Here are my latest 2 reports: LATEST REPORTS

And here’s a good article on “Assessing Oil Life”: ARTICLE

10k non synthetic for years. Oil analysis always within specs. Some argue this mileage change point. Folks at Crete Trucking change at 40k miles.

Prevost recommendations for my 8V92 was 10,000 miles or 12 months. I am not sure tif the series 60 is somewhat longer but I am sticking with that routine.
