Prevost is a good source. At least two different part numbers were used so I am reluctant to offer one.

Have a Goodyear #, don’t mind buyin it from Prevost as long as its not double the cost of somehwere else.

Had a slow leak at the bag seal after going through fittings so it looks like it is time to change em out, might as well do both.

They do age out just like the coach air bags.

Bought mine from Prevost. Make sure and ask for the additional clamps to put over the metal band on the bags to help them last longer.

Do a search on the Home page for this thread, and you will see a picture of the band I am talking about. I posted it about a year ago.

JB, couldnt find that thread, think the bags will be here from Prevost tomorrow, we’ll see if any extra bands in there.

Looks like the lower one will be fun to change….ugh….

BTW, $42 ea, sems reasonable and they said should fit 00-08 xl and h.

It is under the Pneumatic, and called “Belt Mini air bag will not come out”. Search for that in the google search bar, and it should come up. I have pictures there. Yes, the one for the clutch fan will be a PITA. Mainly because, the big nut on the bottom of mine was rusted.

i just changed mine all three no big deal looks harder than it is , I have one under OTR comp , I have had the bands on mine I don’t think it makes much difference one way or another I put new ones in every two years they are cheap

I just put six new rear air bags on and two new brake chambers on drive axle all good now

Thanks guys, going to tackle it right it now. Also gonna finish up buttoning everything up on the engine after the overhead and hope it doesnt grenade! LOL!

Peter, my next big project is a complete refresh on the bags, norgrens, brake chambers etc. Then this thing should be ready to roll a 100k next year!
