    Engine Air Compressor Filter

    Given the dusty roads I’ve driven getting to Alaska I began to wonder if the air compressor on my engine has an air filter. Does anyone know if it does? I took a look and didn’t see one, but I couldn’t easily follow one of the hoses. On my CAT powered coach the air compressor intake was ran into the engine intack to take advantage of the engine’s air filter. Maybe Prevost did the same.

    The air supply for the engine driven compressor should come from the downstream side of the engine air filter.
