Electrical Plug in while parked
I just bought a 1996 Liberty Coach and I’m looking for a place to park it with electricity. I found a place that runs the electricity 8 hours a day @ 15 amps. Is this enough electricity to support the coach through a East Tennessee winter?

It would be sufficient to keep your batteries charged if you winterize the coach and turn off refrigerator and any other major loads.

On your vintage inverter and being a Liberty, you could shut down the inverters and use charger only, but not sure there is dip switch settings to get you to 7.5 volts or less per leg.

I live in Knoxville and as a local I can help you a little. With intermittent power availability my initial reaction is you might want to consider putting the coach to sleep. I am not comfortable with the limited availability of power, but I also would not suggest winterizing if the storage facility protects the coach and keeps temps above freezing. My coach is in my unheated garage and in the 18 years of winters we have gone through the garage has never fallen below 45 degrees.

One thing to be mindful of…since that is a Liberty, if it is a Allen Bradley controlled coach you could loose A/B memory putting it to sleep….That is then a very expensive repair…

I believe I may have found storage with full time 110. I guess that’s better than the 8 hours a day.
