Electrical gremlins
I’ve been chasing electrical issues and I need some help. My fuel gauge quit but works if the genset is running. My backup camera quit around the same time. now my CB radio has no power. I’ve found a few inline fuses but all are good. Any help would be appreciated!

Any changes to coach? Engine batteries etc….

No changes. I checked grounds they are good, ran a new 12 volt hot wire to each and they work, just not sure why these things lost power in the first place.

Rodent eating wires in the harness?

Not that I’ve found anywhere but good suggestion.

Sure sounds like a grounding issue. I would check the transfer switch, grounding on both inverters, grounding at the battery to frame connection(s) and grounding at the 120vac breaker box.

FWIW: Had to replace ignition switch in my 89 due to simular problems. Also there is a ground terminal in dash frame(metal part) to right of your right knee that supplies grounding to some functions of gauges and acc. Don’t understand gen set in problem as it should not have ground bond with coach dc systems. Unless the ground is not switching thru transferr switch? That’s all I got. Subject neutral ground bonding.
