Dryer vent
I assume the dryer vet has a clean out for lint other than a pull out screen which we have cleaned. The dryer wife says the dryer seems to take a inordinately long time to dry . The dryer vent at home gets plugged periodically with lint and does the same thing if I don’t clean out the vent. I assume it goes out the floor but not sure if it has a screen or where to access. Anyone know?

I have a 2006 Liberty and other than the screen at the dryer I am not aware of a second screen. We have had 3 Liberty coaches and all three had the dryer hose exit the coach at different locations due to different floor plans. My best guess is to try to figure where it might leave the coach such as in a wheel well or through a bay and using one of the flexible brushes go up from the outside to clean the hose if needed.
We clean the dryer filter screen after every use and I cannot imagine much lint passing through that fine mesh. We have a Bosch.

We also have the Bosh. I agree the dryer screen is very fine and we also clean it after every use.
Does yours cycle itself on and off as it runs? Ours runs for a while then stops for a while, wondering if that is normal. May have to get a Bosh technician to take a look.

While we are talking about the dryer; how about the washer screen-where is it on the Bosch

It may seem like cycling, but ours spins in one direction for a while, pauses and then reverses direction. When the clothes are dry it senses that and turns itself off, but if we do not react and open the door it periodically spins for a short time and then stops again.

We had a similar experience with our 2009 Liberty H3.
We did the following:
1) We cleaned the moisture sensor with vinegar. There are two plastic strips inside the dryer door (ours are gray). Just wipe them with vinegar, apparently they get a transparent coating over time.
2) our dryer vent exits under the water bay. It had some grass clippings in it, probably driven over some clippings without leather in dryer and got sucked up.
3) we crack the door on the cabinet when we use it.
Took a few cleanings to get the buildup off. But much improved.
Apparently there are Bosch models with a temp adjustment (energy efficient etc..) ours didn’t have it.

Chuck, I don’t know about a screen on the washer but the dryer screen is in the door.
