    Drop Door on Marathon closing by itself

    I have a new to me 2004 Marathon, and the drop door for the Sewer and Power closes by itself. It opens just fine then over a relatively short time creeps closed to the level where it compresses the sewer hose slightly.

    I opened up the front and see the cylinder and air connections. I checked the air connections for leaks and see none. Maybe the cylinder itself is bad and letting air out?

    Wanted to see if someone has faced a similar issue and had any advice on resolution. In the short run I am placing something in the way that keeps it open.
