Driving and aft docking lights replacement
Been wanting to replace my old and aged driving lights and aft docking lights.
Had a couple days off so added new LED lights. Went with a combo flood (170 degree) and spot light (15 degree). Aft docking lights I went with a stright up flood light.
Much brighter and looks a little better. Oh and all lights working now.

Looks great Charles. Are those the street approved Rigid brand lights?

George, rigid has a couple options that meet DOT/SAE specs. Some other manufactures also make LED lights that meet the requirments (KC I know of)The description for the front lights had DOT in the title. Do they actually meet the specs? Hard to say as DOT/SAE provide specs and don’t require all lights to be “approved” (which seems to be a very gray area, since they don’t require approval and or certification).
the rear lights I don’t care about since rear facing white lights are not allowed to be illuminated while on public roads at all. For the front lights, i went with a design that is a mix between a driving light and fog light design. If they are aimed properly, they will be fine for road use.
