Double Shuttle Check valve
I replaced this Bendix Double Shuttle Check valve a while back just for a maintenance thing.It gets supply air from both primary & Secondary tanks, I found a Bendix sheet on valve and it talks about the trailer brakes on a big rig, On our buses what is it for?? I drained my rear Primary tank slowly and both tanks dropped evenly and aux tank also, I think If you blew line on either or tanks the check valve in the double shuttle check valve would seal off and keep air in the good system for brakes???? The valve has 2 supply ports 1st from Primary tank 2nd from secondary tank, that it supplys air to the (R14) valve and to Parking brake valve. (PP1) With jaune (yellow) air lines.

It supplies air to the parking brake from either the primary or secondary tank.
The parking brake requires air to hold the spring closed and brake pads off the drums/disk. If the primary system has a leak, the secondary system supplies the parking brake air. And visa versa. Only when both systems run out of air are the parking/emergency brakes applied. Hopefully you are stopped or you will be soon.

The double shuttle check valve is in where the spare tire would go behind the front bumper area up top on drivers side

Thank you Art, I recently replaced brake related valves up their but they are the ones that have the low air buzzers also . I will be sure to tackle that one down the road . Thank you
