Door Seals
Here are pics of our door seals that Dorel requested. For the life of me, I can’t find the original thread. So, here are the pics and I hope that they help.
Dorel, our ‘puffy’ black seal is attached to the door as you can see above.
There is a black rubber seal that goes around the entrance that is a rather thin piece.

Mark , thank you very much, looks good. There was no thread, direct email to you for new door seal. looks like my new seal I have.

my door is a bit noisier than I want. (Air noise when driving)
are the seals available at Prevost ? Or is everyone buying them elsewhere?thanks everyone!

If you have a air lock at top of door you can move the striker so it will suck it in more when you drive that sometimes helps or adjust the door it might need a new seal also hard to know

Mike, I agree with Peter about trying an adjustment before you waste a whole lot of time and money with a new seal.
I have an ultrasonic leak detector which also includes a noise generator. If I had wind noise I would place the noise generator on the passenger seat and from the outside go around the entry door with the leak detector. The areas where the seal is not making good contact will be revealed by the increase in the detector noise level so doing an adjustment is not a trial and error effort.
If you are coming to Lakeland, the seminar or Oysterfest I will let you use them so you can isolate the problem.

I would inspect the bottom of your door to confirm the rubber seal is in place. That is usually the area getting the most abuse.
Check seal is all the way around…. is it properly attached, at all corners. The corners are usually the problem areas.
All is good with above checks. Next, close door completely listening for double click that saddles have rotated around striker pins. In “H” series there are 2 pins, upper and lower.
Listening for double clicks have happened standing outside push on door near center left side, inwards. There should be no free play in door.
Let us know what you find with the above checks. Most often the door can be adjusted which is not to difficult.
Pre-marking of striker is key to successful adjustment. “H”series Prevost usually do not have sticker pins as XL series has. Most entry doors become stretched due to wind catching doors while opening. Door hinges are heavy, heavy duty. Over time some things need to be adjusted to compensate for rough door service.
