Dometic Roof Air Question
I have a 2001 Vantare conversion with 4 Dometic Duothem roof airs. On one unit I am getting either condensate dripping from the return or it is condensation from a leaking cold air supply. It take 30 -40 minutes of run time for the unit to drip water and it is a very small amount.
I have looked through the installation book for these units and there is no mention of a condensate pan to collect the water so it can drain under the coach. Is this something Vantare would have installed and if so, does anyone have a photo or description of such.
I suspect it would easier to go up on the roof and determine if the leak is there. There is plenty of condensate comming from the drain so I don’t think I have any blockage.
The other option is condensation building up in the cold air distribution system which then leaks into the return. I hope that is not the issue as I guess that would require a lot of work to get at the duct work.
Any advice would be appreciated.
