Do I have enough turning radius for a class A. I have 175 foot driveway. At the end is an open area which is 35 feet wide and 52 feet deep. Do I have enough turning radius in the 35′ x 52′ area to turn the coach around?..??
The Prevost coach will be 45 x 8′ wide

I know my 2000 H3 has a 42′ turning radius per the manual (with tags raised).
Was just at my father in-laws, he has a 1951 Pontiac Chiefton with the old manual steering. It had a 46′ turning radius. Kinda puts it into perspective as to how good Prevost has made their buses.

Maybe dumb question but do you have to turn it around? Why not just back either in or out of driveway?

If I understand the question the open area is at least 10 feet less than the coach, and 7 feet longer.
So without knowing anything else I am mentally picturing how to help you answer your own question. Why don’t you start by cutting a piece of paper 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/4 inches.
Cut a second piece of paper 4 1/2 inches, by .85″ (roughly 27/32″) and see if you can rotate the small paper 180 degrees within the confines of the larger paper.
You cannot.
You can back in, or back out, but unless there is more to the question turning around is not going to happen.

45ft will be 102 inches wide. I brought mine thru a 12 ft wide drive entrance for many years. Had to back up once coming in could make it with toad going out. Have you ever noticed where some of the entertainer coach have to get in? Hardest thing to get use to is your setting in over or slightly in front of the front wheels. Go for it. Also you wheel base is not the length of bus as there is several feet hang over behind drive wheels. hope this helps.
