Disturbed
Posted by Rob on October 27, 2017 at 7:20 pmWhat does it take to get a Prevost salesman to return your call or texts? I have emailed several, made a appointment to test drive one, made a trip to do this and then when we arrived they just blew us off. It this normal?

You kidding about Prevost not selling buses. Maybe not conversions.

It is very discouraging when someone doesn’t call you back! I recently had this happen from a salesman from Rockwell TX. I ended up buying another coach from a different dealer. They must not need the sale!

Most everyone knows we’re talking about Motorhomes, is that clear enough?

All I can add to this is that when I was kicking tires, the experiences I had at Prevost dealers was far superior to what I had at RV dealers.

Might be like my Old boss from years past. He bought his own bus from Prevost Canada and took it to Executive Coach in Illinois for conversion. He had 4 converted over the years when they were still in business.

Greetings all! We are grateful for a forum like Prevost Community. It gives us an opportunity to get positive feedback, and lets us know when we miss our goal of providing good customer service. Because of the nature of electronic communication, we can usually see where we went wrong. This thread was started by Buddy96 who reached out to us late at night on October 23rd regarding our 1997 XL Clements. Unfortunately, I did not see his email on the 24th, so he reached out again on the 25th. We responded almost immediately and Brandon has been in communication with him since. I do not believe he traveled here for a test drive and was ignored, I have to assume that was somewhere else. Later in this thread, Wade said he did not receive a call back from us. He inquired about our 2008 triple slide Marathon in July, and we exchanged a series of emails. He asked for a floor plan which we were unable to get from Marathon, so we drew one for him which he said was helpful. If I missed his calls beyond that, I apologize. We try hard to answer every call and email, but we know that we miss some. Missing even one is not acceptable, so thank you for keeping us on our toes! My personal cell phone number is on every ad, and every email, and I do my best to be available. Thanks to all for their support and input! – James Thompson, Legacy Coach

This is very busy time of the year. I would not judge one entity versus another simply based on a one time experience. I admit, these guys are supposed to be busy and efficient at the same time.
There are a few who continually rise to the top and who have highly selected inventories from which to chose.
Most of these support this site… and other ventures related to Prevost.

Brandon, this was not directed towards you. I have spoken to several Dealerships. You did call me back right away, I do appreciate it and I will get back with you with all the information you need to give me a trade in quote. Thank you much.
