Digital dash conversion
Posted by George on March 17, 2020 at 11:50 pmHas anyone done a digital dash conversion on a earlier bus?
I have a 1998 Royale and interested in converting to a digital display

I had the Silverleaf Dash installed around ten years ago and I love it. One of the best upgrades I’ve made.

Silverleaf was also in my coach when purchased. It has been trouble free and much easier to read for me. It also has multiple screens and colors you can choose from which helps both at night and in bright glare. I have read the price has decreased greatly and they are still in business !

I had Silver Leaf do my 99 CC in about 2008 and loved it.
Replicates the CC digital dash but gets rid of the computer and all the wiring that originally supported the CC version.
The Silver Leaf version ties into the DDEC.
A similar arrangement might be Ray Davis’s RV Dash that runs on an iPad and is wireless from a wifi transmitter that plugs in the data port in the coach by the drivers seat or under the dash.
I am not sure if Silver Leaf can convert an original Prevost dash to add the computer screen. Call Dale or Martin at Silver Leaf and talk to them.

I found this last night:

Various size screens.
