I have a project in Downtown Denver Next month and I would like to find a place as close as possible to park the bus. Any suggestions?

Hi Bill. Our son lives there and we always try to get into Cherry Creek. It is located south of town just south of route 225. They have full hooks with 50 amps and easy pull thru sites. They are parallel to the roads in the park so it’s kinda like pulling into a rest area. Their website will take you to reserveamerica.com to make reservations, then when you arrive there is I believe a nine dollar per day park access fee also.
When I was researching, the customer reviews scared me away from the few private campgrounds in the area. As to closest to Denver, not sure.We will be there 7/1 – 7/11.

Dan,
Thanks we will check it out. No problems getting a bus in there? Sounds like you do it all the time?

No problem getting in. Just watch your height as you approach the park checkin shack. It has a bit of an overhang that got my attention.

There is also Dakota Ridge RV Park on east side of Golden, Colorado 20 minutes from downtown Denver when traffic is free flowing
