    DDEC understanding

    5.6V is sensor side. The power connection Right side of ecm is 12V battery feed(not to be shared with ign.To plus side of bat+ Also a dedicated ecm ground not to be shared with coach ground. There is a inline fuse/breaker with later models on the bat+ feed. Wanderlodge has a great DDEC section in there articles. I am not a expert !! but have hands on knowledge of ddec including DDEC 1(I owned a 1988 8V92 controlled by it) Presently just rewired my DDEC IV. Bob
