    dash heater speed control?

    My friend just bought a 2000 Vantari Featherlite and the dash Heater/AC speed control goes full speed as soon as he turns it on. He replaced the rheostat on dash $400 bucks did not change anything. Looking at schematics on Prevost web site on this pic what is drivers htr fan speed cont module, ??

    The speed control module operates like a direct current dimmer of appropriate wattage using pulse modulation. Could be a short in the output stage. But make sure all connectors are clean and fully seated first.

    Where is the speed controller located ? Pulled off my top looked down in there could not see anything. I see rheostat but no box.
