    Bought Garmin Dash Cam 20 from Costco online…had several hours phone time with Garmin people trying to get software working with Mac laptop…out of seven techs only one A-hole…not too bad…software still NFG…battery failed on unit…won’t take charge…returned to Costco waiting for replacement…got replacement…several more hours with several techs…no A-holes this time…back to old software…works great…800 +/- miles recording…fast forward one week…unit now records sporadically…won’t play back…more techs…returning this one on tech’s advice…giving me free upgrade card for Kenwood dash unit as goodwill payback…so much for Garmin Dash Cam 20’s but still like Garmin.

    Good experience…Casablanca fan in coach bedroom quit…phoned tech to reprogram and found it needed a new receiver module..out of warranty…no problem…sent new one free…he didn’t feel we’d got enough use out of it yet…
