Customer Service at its finest!
American fleet Inc. might not be perfect, but we strive to be as close as possible. We do everything in our power to make sure that our customers are taken care of in every way possible by only using Genuine Detroit parts. On top of that, we offer the fastest turnaround time on engines builds, installs, downtime and customer service.
I would like to share a recent customer service story that supports the paragraph above. Back in March, we built and installed an engine for Star Coaches out of Atlanta GA. This past Saturday afternoon, he called and started explaining that he was having an issue with white smoke and a slow start from his engine. He went on to say that his window for repair was extremely short and he would have the coach arrive at our facility 7am Sunday morning and needed to be back on the road in less than 24 hours as the band was scheduled for a show in Philadelphia on Tuesday 11th.
After a couple hours of diagnosing, we determined the new Reliabilt Genuine Detroit head we purchased had a internal crack. 17 hours later, his bus was back on the road and headed northeast, and we covered everything 100%. I can promise you, there is no other company in the country, that will go above and beyond like our team at American fleet Inc. We are available 24-7 and will answer your calls on Saturday and Sundays, unlike a lot of companies in this industry.
Just like Jeff at ETLC, American Fleet is a company that actually cares about their customers, relationships, and reputation unlike many other companies or factory dealers who may just treat you as another number.
