  • Crusair Compressor Start Capacitor?

Posted by DON on May 18, 2015 at 4:20 pm

Can somebody tell me the Crusair compressor start capacitor part# for our ACH14B, where it can be purchased, and for how much $$?

    Thanks in advance.

I don’t know the part number you need, but the guys at AAP will likely be able to help. They are the remaining Cruiseair distributor. You might get a generic capacitor cheaper elsewhere, but AAP can probably give you the part number. AAP.com

p.s.: you need a new picture for your signature.

I talked with Rob at A.E.R. Marine supply, a distributor for Cruisair, and he gave me the specs for the ACH14B compressor start capacitor, 43-53 microfarads @ 330vac. Then I went to the Grainger website and found one, item # 6FLU5, called them and they a plenty in stock, so I drove and picked it up out the door for $14.40.

    I hope this helps
