Am I correct that either R-22 or 134a refrigerant may be used in cruiseairs? Thank you.

Can someone post charging instructions for adding freon to cruiseairs. I have gleaned a lot from the forum but still am confused. Or could someone contact me via phone as I have a lot of questions on the procedure. Thank you
