Cruise air units behind front bumper
I believe that where the 2 cruise air units are, is where Prevost has space for a spare tire. So, in front of them is are vents that open and close, which appears to have an air valve that opens and closes the vents. What are the pit falls of these vents at some point in time not opening?

High liklihood that your 2 Cruise-Air units would overheat and shut down automatically due to high head pressures.

Just curious, why would you ever want or need them to be closed?

Winter time. Keep that cold air from cooling under the front and your feet, or that’s what I found out a couple winters ago here in Texas and it gets a lot colder up north.

Since our bus had OTR air conditioning, I always kept the forward shutters closed while driving to keep dust, dirt and other crap from entering the space occupied by the CruiseAir units.
I don’t know if it actually made a meaningful difference but it me me feel like I was accomplishing something….

Me too, keep the shutters closed unless your using the cruiseairs while driving, then they MUST be open. I’m assuming the shutters are like the ones Liberty uses.
