crestron repair
Is there any place besides florida or Chicago to get some one to fix my Crestron, Had a new Bose mother board put in in Stuart and the crrestron will not recognize it worked well till I got to Georgia, It said new system installed and it did not recognize it, now it says waiting to reboot, try calling Troy but have a problem hearing him. Gary PS I am not in warranty.

You may want to try doing a power down restart on the Crestron. I have found that it will do wonders sometimes when werid things happen.

Are you talking about just turning it off and back on again, I have done that but to no avail, is this what you refer to as power down Thanks Gary

Yes, or pushing the reset buttons on the front of the Pro2 unit itself. There are two of these, one for the software and one for the hardware. I don’t know if you have easy access to your Pro2 or not, as some hide them inside cabinets etc, but if you do, try those as well. I usually just power it down first and if I still have an issue, I do each buton one at a time. Have you also power cycled the Bose unit?
Other than that, I have no good ideas to try…other than call Liberty.

None, talked to Troy he said the crestron has lost it’s memory and will have to be reprogramed, only place Stuart, sort of did not want to go to florida again, before the lobster run, since I was just there four weeks ago, I am in The finger lakes region of N.Y. heading home to V.A. I guess I could just do without since all the other crestrons work but still no TV, and some other things, O well just an aggravation, I think I will wait till fall when we head south for the winter to get it fixed, Gary

If it is just one of the Crestron devices, can’t it just be shipped down to Stuart?
