Corian can be sanded and repolished if the scratch is very shallow. Otherwise Corian is said to be non repairable. I bought a house once with a big gouge in a Corian countertop. I found an extra piece of the same color and snaded and shaved off some material of varying sizes. I mixed this with a clear epoxy to hold it together and to provide adhesion and over filled the gouge. You have to make sure there are no air holes when you do he fill and it’s okay for some shavings to extnd out of the gouge. Then I sanded and reploished the coutertop. The repair on this medium blue colored top was never obvious to visitors or the next buyer.

Thanks Gil. I was worried it would be hard to fix. It’s really small and I can live with it but, it would be nice to fix it. You would think that there would be a filler on the market considering that there are a lot of Corian countertops out there.
