For those who have been following; I’m basically building a coach from scratch. My project now is cooling system. I have just built the fan shroud with 3/4 inch clearance around fan blades( I had none of the orignal components) and used a 30 inch 10 blade fan. I did manage to get a rad out of a salvage shell. So I did not have to fab everything. The air to air intercooler was a challange thought. Today was pressure check day!!! Found out my sweat skills have suffered with my age on 2 3/4 inch copper as I had a pin hole leak on suction side of water pump inlet pipe… Easy fix now! I did a air test @ 20 psi that revealed the —-. Not really? much better now than later.. At this point the engine bay is comming together one system at a time.. cooling (ok) Air to air intercooler(ok) next air cleaner –Figure with the changes to engine etc going for 1500 cfm flow—the figures came out to 1250 so fudge factor= 1500. Any input on my guess ta mate is welcome after all I had a pin hole in my solder joint. For your entertainment—— Bob

I continue to be in awe of the skills and effort it takes to build your coach.

not really: Just have been in construction indusrty all my life. Started in Hvac then Boilermaker ended up as Operating Engineer With time out for College and a Construction Company. So life experiences and enjoy building things. My work is not show room!!! It is however functionable. We have Steam Engines for a hobby also.

Bob, nothing wrong with a toter home. Had plenty of them and semi’s when racing professionally. Now we race when we feel like it and tow with a Prevo. There are a few bennies in being an old fart.
