my for sale ad is gone.tried the contact us but says there’s a server error.how do you get someone?

The Ad is over a year old, 8/16/16, the system drops them at a year because many do not take the time to advise us the bus is sold and then we get complaints about a bus being for sale when actually it is long gone.
I updated your Ad, it’s online.
