Looks like the thermostat for the Webasto bay heat. On at 23 degrees and off at 39.

The drivers air liquid solenoid valve has to have a signal to open and close. My understanding of your drawing is that is the thermister that is installed in the coils of you dash unit evaporator and opens and closes circuit to let liquid refrigerant valve operate.

The refrigerant valve is normally close until it receives its signal.

Yes it is in the circuit to let 24v in to the switch on dash for compressor clutch and goes through low & High pressure switches. But where is it I wonder?

It is measuring the temperature at your evaporator coils and opening and closing the liquid refrigeration valve. Look in you evaporator for the wires going to this thermistor back to valve. It is showing the temps it opens and closes at on circuit.
