As the holiday season quickly comes down the road, a vast majority of Americans are thinking about friends, family and happy times.

I being no different than the norm, do this myself.

I just wanted to extend an open thank you to all of you here who last spring sent me well wishes and encouraging notes from time to time while I was laid up. You are all top drawer in my small world, and I am proud to be associated with each and every one of you.
