  • Circuit Breaker

I just bought a portable fireplace to add some ambience :), and some heat if I want, but it draws 12amps.

Except for my kitchen & bathroom GFCI electrical outlets, all my other electrical receptacles in the front & rear are on one 20amp circuit. This means if a plug in another appliance drawing more than 8amps, I trip the breaker.

I know power mangement is key, but just wondering if this common to all buses to have all non-GFCI outlets on one circuit?

You’ll need a home run circuit for the heater Tim.
