    Chula Vista RV Resort closing

Posted by Dave on September 20, 2018 at 2:48 pm

Chula Vista (CA) RV Resort announced yesterday they are closing next spring to make way for a new Gaylord Palms hotel. Major bummer as this park is a 5 star resort on the San Diego bay. Rumor is that Sun Communities is building a new Rv resort close by. It will feature 138 Rv sites and about same number of small chalets for rent. I hate change…..

They will hate that change Dave, after dealing with Sun for a year for our MI Rally, finding who’s on first will be an impossible search.

Wow, Sun is taking over the RV World. We were just in the Paso Robles, CA area and 3 of the resorts were Sun. No good for RVers but when you have no other choice…….
