Not sure on that model but mine is beside passenger chair , it’s called a bimba valve it’s right where the lock is on mine in behind wood panel six screws then you see it if your are talking about air lock door!!!!!!

the one I’m referring to is the one that actuates the airlock at the top of the entry door.I’ve located the valve I’m just not sure how to check it to see if it’s getting power when I release the emergency brake.

If you haven’t done it yet bookmark this page and then use it to access virtually everything you need to know about the coach.

The pneumatic diagram is coach specific so when you access it you will find it is a PDF file which a shop like Kinkos can print in a very large size. What is excellent about that diagram is the pictoral representation of the valves, devices and fittings is reasonably accurate as to the orientation of the components and will help you understand where to start looking. I use mine extensively and I have used various color highlighters to trace the air lines through the various valves and devices.

I would help you, but have never chased that air supply or valving on my coach.

It only operates with the key on and engages and disengages with the parking brake. I’ll look at my drawing and check out the logic.

Mine has a rocker switch to lock or unlock

The door locking mechanism on an XL is completely different than the one on the XLII. The operator can control the locking mechanism on the XL, and the one on the XLII is automatically engaged and there is no option to not engage it.

I found the culprit. It is the micro switch inside the door that breaks the ground if you pull on the door handle. Just needed an adjustment for a better connection.
