Check Engine Light
On the way home the check engine light came on. there was no abnormal readings on gauges.
The Detroit Diesel display came on with ALERT EEPROM write error.
When I put bus in shop I shut the engine off turned key back on Check engine light was not going out. Turned key off again and this time the normal check engine, do not shift and red stop light came on and then check engine and stop light went out as normal. started engine and seemed normal. repeated the key off and on and same sequence check engine light and stop light illuminated and went out as normal
