Thanks for the information. I’m not having an overheating problem and my fan does not have a clutch to change speeds. I’m out of town this weekend so it will be next Thursday before I can get to work, starting with cleaning grounds and connectors. Since I had a mandatory engine replacement in mid-2012, I’m having difficulty wrapping my head around a corrosion problem. I’ll find out and let everyone know what I find.
Thanks again for everyone’s assistance in troubleshooting. Maybe I can help you all somewhere on down the line.

Will, this is unlikely related to engine temps at all. It sounds like the DDEC is reading a voltage that is out of range, something that could be associated with something as simple as a bad ground or connector. It could be the sensor, corrosion or poor connection, or a chafed wire.
