code 43 is low coolant level and 44 is a couple of things check coolant level

Andre, check the connection on the low coolant sensor. I had one of the lock washers split on mine causing a loose connection, it shut me down. Tightened it up with new washers and good to go

Those codes were not active codes, does that mean they were in the memory and had not been erased. The active codes was empty..

I will none the less check the level and check the connection
