Is the correct date “to advertise for sale” for a coach manufactured in ’99 but first registerd in ’01 a 1999 or 2001? Assuming it’s ’99 ….but you know the saying

T&C, normally the title year is 1 more than the shell year, i.e. 2000 model year…’99 shell. There are exceptions. Sometimes (fairly rare they’re the same) more often especially with some of the smaller converters a 2 year or more difference (right now there is a 2007 super Bus that is an ’03 shell for sale). During the recession this became more frequent. Geo.
