change transmission filter
I’ve had the “change transmission filters” code show up since I’ve owned the coach new 2016 XL3. I had all the filters including the internal filter and oil changed. They cleared the code and 5,000 miles later it was back. Every time Prevost clears the code (6 times) it comes back.??

There’s a couple things you need to expand on.
Who is the converter?
What is chassis year?
Prevost reset with the computer J link or manually reset on keypad.
Did you use recommended oil and filters and did Prevost change filters or someone else?
Your manual has 3 pages on Allison fault codes and what causes them, Did you look at that?
This info could tell you more about why, it could be in parameters and simply a PPT issue which is a communication thing. Or it could be set wrong from the 1st time it was reset.
How many miles on it?
This looks like an interrogation but needed for accurate dialog.
