    We were in Florida recently
and had an occasion to visit Featherlite in Sanford for some repairs, first I
want to say it could not have been a more pleasant experience. The guys were professional
and gave us priority – we were quickly repaired on ready to go.

But, what I really want to
share is the solution they have created in Sanford for the Cruisair RVAC
Central system. The guys at Featherlite have devised a remanufacture of the RVAC
Central unit which turns out to be less costly than the current market replacement
units from Coleman and more serviceable in the future.

    They remove the unit,
replace both compressors, both blowers and refit the case with extended gas
service ports so the unit can be recharged without having to remove it from the
bay. We will have ours done in the spring.

    Should you have interest in
this or desire my info contact Michael Bolf at Featherlite in Sanford FL.

That’s great, especially if they have a repair or replacement for the circuit boards that always go bad!

There is nothing that cools better than a RVAC, when it’s working properly.

We did that exact thing to our 98 Vantare 3 years ago and it worked great…was so much better and moved a lot more air… We had a big problem with the duct work that went unnoticed until Rick May asked if we really wanted the bay that cold… a duct had collapsed and we were cooling the bay… be sure to check your ductwork !!

    Cheers, Diane
