Ceiling pucks for Marathon
Posted by Marshall on February 25, 2022 at 1:41 pmDoes anyone know the brand/manufacturer of the ceiling lighting pucks used in Marathon coaches? I need to replace one and no brand on the unit itself.
Thanks……

Have you called Marathon. I understand they are extremely helpful.

Thank you….yes, I did call Marathon. Here’s the latest. The pucks in my coach were made by Hafele, but they no longer make the model I have. Marathon has since changed to BCM pucks. These are fully integrated LED fixtures (mine were incandescence fixtures with LED bulbs).
Imtra sells these and are available. Now I need to decide on color. Marathon buys them in plain white and paints every bezel to match the job. Or, you can buy them in standard colors. Fortunately, they have a color I need.
Bottom line……I found the lighting manufacturer. Thanks

If you have the 3 1/2″ puck with a 2 1/2 hole in the ceiling you might be able to replace them with the same ones I just did. I removed all the old halogen fixtures (converted to a round LED lamps) and installed all new updated LED fixtures. Lots of fixtures but the much more modern look and so much better lighting was well worth the effort. Actually, even the effort was minimal as the new fixtures are spring loaded and you just remove the old, reattach the wires and slip them into the ceiling where they self-secure.
The original poster who did this to their Country Coach and my add on can be found above in Electrical.

Thanks Bill. Mine are 2.13 inches in diameter with a 2.97 inch bezel. They are held in place by three screws, so sounds like they are a little different than yours. My old Royale had a light similar to the ones you described.
I think I will close this thread now. Hopefully someone can benefit from knowing where they can get lights for Marathon.
Thanks for your input.
