Catview application
When I go to Prevostcar website and do a download for catview application I get an error saying file is moved or error in request.
Any suggestions for this will be appreciated.

Hi –
The problem/issue is a browser ftp incompatability.
I don’t know about Apple products, but in Windows if you open Internet Explorer and then navigate to the same page, it will download and work properly.
Just type in “Internet Explorer” in the lower left corner to search for the App, then run it and type in the URL
https://www.prevostcar.com/catbasedownloads
Once through with the downloads, you can close IE and return to whatever it is that you use normally.

First, it apparently doesn’t work with Google Chrome as browser.
Second, I’ve tried Microsoft Edge … but I get the same error message.

I have used the IE to download the files in zip format and expanded them and still when I try to install i get errors
Would a guru please call me to work on this problem. 919 252 7220
