Call Centers
I am attempting to change cell phone providers and something is wrong with the activation process. The process has gotten me to the call center of my new cell service provider.
If the heavy foreign accent did not tip me off that someone somewhere else in the world was trying to help me, the loud sounds of a rooster crowing was a big clue.

When I get those I either as for someone that can speak better english or someone in the US.
Or hang up !!!!!!!
As polite as you are I know you wouldn’t ever hang up on someone……………Ha

I must have got a different rooster, I laughed when I heard it and the lady told me she was in the Philiappines, but her English was good and she did a good job handling my problem. A rare event, usually a nightmare and like Buddy, I insist on someone in the states or hang up.
