Interesting to know about California. Colorado has us subject our coach to a dyno test annually to check opacity of our smoke cloud only, which can go ok, or terribly wrong as did happened in 2017 and… the state allows heavy truck and bus emissions testing shops to charge up to their hourly rate, but they don’t have to. Most big shops like Trans West Trucks do charge one hour labor, tho
