By Pass
Something a little different when I say By Pass! not the bus I had a Quadruple heart bypass surgery last Thursday morning and it defiantly freaked me out and took the wind out of my sales and scared the crap out of me. I’m home now thank God but I can tell I won’t be back to normal for they say 6 to 8 weeks. I talked to one of my brothers friends that had same surgery in April and he is doing well now.

YIKE Art! I thought my spinal fusion was a big deal when you did some work on my coach in Paso Robles. Sure glad to hear it went well and Janet and I both with you a speedy recovery! Were there any warning signs?

Thanks 1 week into it and feeling better, Can’t drive for a month, No strength or wind yet,but they say it will get better. We were heading to Indio Elks on the 10 th and stop by Big bear just to see it on the way, Next Year

Glad to hear you are doing well. I was thinking about calling you today and got side tracked. All that walking made you physically strong to come out of the surgery on top.

I’m glad I got the air leak work done on the bus before MY BREAK, I had posted on pneumatic that all 3 gauges have been dropping, And not just a couple of pounds but a lot. Bus has been parked for over 2 weeks. I’ve been home from the Hospital for 1 week today and I mustard up enough strength to go out to bus go in side and turn on power switch and lights and Primary and Secondary gauges were almost 120 psi AUX gauge was almost 100 PSI YEA!! and it has been cold and rainy, Under a metal poll barn so it still gets a little weather influence so not bad.

I replaced the E-10 brake valve Pulled apart secondary tank check valve and cleaned behind front driver wheel replaced 2 tank drain valves wet tank primary tank, Cleaned check valve on Bendix AD9 dryer

2 weeks ago today surgery, Yesterday was 1st Cardiac rehab today feeling much better breathing better,Nice to be alive Thanks to French Hospital and Dr Faber Cardiac unit

I had five stents put in at age 48 in 2000.
Quad by-pass at age 60 in 2012.
Two more stents in 2016.
NASCAR cleared me for an Xfinity license and in 2019 I ran the Xfinity race at Road America.
I can definitely attest to the fact that there is certainly life after by-pass!!!!!!
