My friend is looking to buy a Prevost he has a Fleetwood now , he is looking for a 04 to 06 year range and they want slides. He found a 04 Vantare conversion how is that??

How high is up? Both questions, yours and mine are impossible to begin to answer without a lot more information, and even then the coach buyer is really the only one who can make the decision based on financial considerations, coach condition, how it is set up, etc.
A coach now well beyond 10 years is going to have a lot of items to spend money on unless they have been part of a maintenance program. An inspection and review of the coach service history will reveal more detail regarding coach condition and potential future costs of ownership.
A Vantare has always been regarded as a good conversion and Vantare owners are loyal and like them. But like any coach it has the potential to become a nightmare or may be a perfect coach.
I presume the buyer has done his homework and is prepared to get qualified help in inspecting a coach.
