Bus with the kneeling”wild Lady” paint job
I don’tk now how else to describe the paint job other than a “wild lady” kneeling on the side..lol Anyway I know he posts on here, don’t remember his name, but would like to know the hstory on that bus and the paint job if I may. Only reason I ask is I constantly see pictures of it posted all over theweb and 100’s of different stories by people that “know”the story behind the paint job….junny ting is all the stories are completely different..lol

Ron and his wife own the coach named Olivia Las Vegas. It is a Techner coach, built in Germany, and I believe the only Techner in the U.S. We have been in the coach, and it is beautiful with some unique features. I’ll let Ron give more details if he so chooses.

I hope he does just to silence all the stories…lol I was told the other day that is was once owned by Lady Gaga and that is why iwas painted like it is..Maybe?
I think it is cool and the paint job is classy.

I am glad to hear that you like the painting of “Olivia” …! Like you, I have picked-up some stories on the web and this included the reference to Lady Gaga.
I was trying to come-up with yet another story but then decided to just give you the facts.
Being sailors, we do what sailors do. We gave the bus a name. It is Olivia Las Vegas.
Olivia refers to the artist whose painting you have seen on the bus. Olivia De Berardinis is a California artist best known for her pin-up art and for having or having had one of her paintings/drawings in Playboy magazine every month.

She named the painting “Banshee” and if you search her site using this name, you will be taken to a page where you can see more of Olivia in all her glory.
In addition to having Olivia supersized on our bus, we do have her tees, posters and postcards, too.
Her website is quite interesting to explore.
We added the extension Las Vegas because Teschner, the converter, did have a showroom there where our bus, being Teschner’s show coach, was on display.
The painter sold a license to Teschner allowing them to reproduce her art. The price? Six figures.
I did speak to the artist in Germany who airbrushed the painting on the bus and do have a couple of photos of his work in progress.
Roundabout 2 years ago, we were featured on the Travel Channel as part of the “Mega RV Showdown” series.
They sent 2 camera men, a producer and a helper and we were filmed for 12 hours. This was reduced to 4 minutes and 19 seconds when the episode aired. We came in 2nd place out of 10.I am still waiting for the hordes asking for my autograph …
If we were to receive 50 cents for every photo taken of our bus, we could fill the tank at least once.
Needless to say, we are being asked many questions wherever we stop. Most of the time it is fun talking to people. Sometimes, though, people can be very inquisitive and become a nuisance. In that case, I tell them that I am just the driver and would loose my job if I were to reveal who is in the coach. That shuts them up.

Ron, thank you very much. It is always cool hearing these types of stories. I know i have seen contless pictures of your bus, never have a clue to the story behind it. And as I stated I have heard SOOOO many stories from those that are “positive” they know te answer…lol I knew you were on here and I figured the easiest way to find the truth was to ask…lol

Yes, there were three Teschner Coaches. Olivia, Red Star, another 45 footer and White Star, a 40 ft two slide
