It is almost 100% of the time that fixing a bus that will not come to the driving height a coil for the valve will do the trick. A cheap way to verify that is to take the coil from another position on the manifold to see if that fixes the problem.

You can also use a strong magnet to activate the valve. Typically it is the middle coil that activates ride or travel mode of the suspension. I carry a rare earth magnet just for this purpose. I also carry 2 spare coils.

Just as a fyi, after checking the coil and the switch I determined the actual problem was the power line running from the circuit breaker to the switch. Talked to the guy at Prevost and based on his recommendation I just unhooked and taped off the old power line and ran a new one, now it works just like it is supposed to.
